Who Let The Dogs In?

Who Let The Dogs In was a game created during a 24 hour GameJam, with 6 other team members. The theme of the GameJam was "Cats and dogs walk into a bar". We took the theme literally, and created a game where cats were allowed to walk into the bar, and dogs would instead walk into the metal bar that the bouncer hits them with to ban dogs from entering.

The game is a very simple mobile game created in Unity with C#, where you swipe right to let a cat or dog in, and swipe left to hit the cat or dog to ban them entry. Each cat and dog can randomly spawn with jewelery, different coats, and sometimes dogs will even wear cat faces!

My Role:

I was the lead programmer in this project, and am responsible for what you see here, minus the randomization of the cats and dogs. As this was only a 24 hour game jam, time constraints were definitely a concern. A lot of time spent, was spent designing, and often times getting distracted. We kept our focus however, and was able to bring forth a funny mobile game.
